Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage since 2012:

An incredibly broad and deep therapeutic touch, using my feet, that is wonderful for realigning the muscular pull of the body.

Connective Tissue BodyWork since 2013:

Myofascial release and stretching, I address the pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, joints and organs that occurs when fascia, the tough connective tissue that spreads throughout your body, is restricted.

I appreciate the sensitivity and the automatic healing process of the body. I work with the body to release tension and body toxins, as well as practice the art of conscious breathing for relaxation and stimulation of the rest and digest part of the nervous system.

I have been a yoga instructor since 2006, and enjoy helping others calm their minds, while promoting balance in their bodies. As each day on the mat presents new challenges, I enjoy guiding others through their yoga practice. I teach a variety of classes, including Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Burn Yoga, Yoga Basics, and Yin/Restorative Yoga. Classically trained in the Bikram Yoga method in 2006, as well as LifePower Vinyasa training with Jonny Kest through Lifetime Fitness in 2011, I have had over 800 hours of instruction in asana, anatomy, therapeutic applications and health benefits of yoga, nutrition, philosophy of yoga,  posture and adjustment clinic. Through a dedicated self practice and continued yoga study, my thirst for knowledge and experience of self continues to grow.
